SEaS History

Stellar Engineering and Services (SEaS) was founded in 2020 during pandemic by a group of 5 young visionary with a determination to overturn pandemic into business opportunity. A visionary with extensive experience in the marine engineering and port operation sector.
In 2021, the company successfully completed its first major project, involving port services and boat construction.

In 2022 SEaS expanded its service offerings to include hydraulic system repair and maintenance, heavy machinery repair and maintenance, training operation staff for port services and as a liaison person between authority and vessel owner in registering boat in Malaysian waters.

Looking ahead, SEaS remains committed to achieving greater milestones by continuously expanding its service coverage, strengthening its expertise, and delivering innovative marine engineering and port service solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Mohamad Fazrin bin Sulaiman

With a proven track record and extensive experience in the maritime and port services industry, he brings deep expertise in key operational areas such as tugboat operations, boat handling, mooring operations, shipbuilding, and vessel maintenance. Over the years, he has honed his skills in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable execution of these critical services, consistently adhering to the highest industry standards. His comprehensive understanding of shipbuilding processes and maintenance protocols has enabled him to contribute to the longevity and optimal performance of maritime assets. Committed to operational excellence, he maintains a strong focus on safety, innovation, and customer satisfaction, striving to deliver exceptional results and drive continuous improvement for his clients and stakeholders.

Mohd Fairus bin Sulaiman

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering with Honours Degree from Nagaoka University of Technology. Japan. Active in sports and representing the university's American Football team. He has accumulated 18 years in total, residing in Japan since his university days. Considered himself a Japanese-trained engineer with expertise in Process Research and Development. Expert with Japanese-style manufacturing that emphasizes - Productivity, Efficiency, Quality, and Safety. Experience in 3 different industries, automotive – quality is lifesaving, finance – money matters, and electronic – schedule by seconds and measurement by nano.

Executive Director

Yuslan bin Yusop

As a seasoned Technical Guy with extensive expertise in maritime and industrial maintenance, he brings a wealth of experience in boat and ship maintenance, drilling equipment upkeep, engine wiring, hydraulic system repair and maintenance, as well as generator repair and maintenance. Over the course of his career, he has developed a strong proficiency in ensuring the operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of complex mechanical and electrical systems. His hands-on approach, combined with a deep understanding of technical systems and industry best practices, has enabled him to lead teams effectively, optimize maintenance processes, and deliver cost-effective solutions. Committed to excellence, he prioritizes innovation, precision, and safety in every project, striving to exceed operational standards and drive long-term success for the organization.
